The Signature Soirée

From £200pp (minimum 6 people)

Includes everything from The Chef's Experience, plus:

  • A dedicated host to serve and manage the flow of the evening

  • Founder & Host

    Over the past few years, I’ve discovered a true passion for hosting — I love creating unforgettable experiences for friends and family, always going a little over the top with thoughtful details, beautiful tablescapes, and incredible food. My creativity, eye for design, and genuine love of entertaining naturally led me to start this private dining business, with the goal of making every occasion feel extra special for others too.

  • Chef de Cuisine

    With over 30 years of experience in award-winning kitchens, Chris made history as the youngest and first head chef to earn an AA Rosette on the Fylde Coast. His career spans Michelin-starred and 3 AA Rosette establishments, including training under Marco Pierre White in London, leading a renowned seafood restaurant in the Channel Islands, and serving as Head Chef for both the Algarve’s most prestigious private dining company and the Clifton Arms Hotel for five years.
